Tips for a Faster Response

When emailing about an app issue, including the following helps us resolve it quickly:

  • Android version & device model

Common Questions

How do I report a bug in one of your apps?
Email support@xcsapps.com with the app name, your device model, Android version, and a description of what went wrong. A screenshot is always helpful.
I forgot my Vault or Video Locker PIN. Can it be recovered?
For security reasons, PINs cannot be recovered remotely. Email us and we'll walk you through the available reset options for your specific situation.
Why are ads shown in the app?
Our apps are free to download and supported by ads through Google AdMob. Ads help us continue developing and maintaining the apps at no cost to you.
Do your apps collect my personal data?
No. XCS Technologies does not collect personal data from users. All files and data processed by our apps remain on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
